		<description>Cambridge is, in fact, one university...having 31 colleges, but the colleges are not independent institutions, but parts of the university...thatt&#039;s true, at an undergrad level, the colleges make admissions, but they never ever make their own fees...an interesting idea, have to add :)
The colleges, despite all of their land and money, parts of the bigger whole, the university, which have all the research facilties, faculties, departmenes, and the big money. Like states, and the US as a whole.</description>
